1. What is the cost of the Who’s Looking at You (WLAY) Premium?

A Premium upgrade is billed monthly and costs $20 a month.

2. How long do I have to subscribe to WLAY Premium?

You must subscribe for a minimum of 3 months when you first upgrade. After the initial 3 months, you will be billed for a month-to-month subscription. You can cancel at any time after the first 3 months.

3. What are the Benefits of subscribing to WLAY Premium?

With a WLAY Premium subscription,

  • brands will be able to see all retailers who have view their profile in the last 60 days and exactly how long ago those retailers viewed their profile.
  • Brands will be able start the conversation and message 5 retailers (who have viewed their profile) per month for free.
  • Wanna send more than 5 messages? No worries, you can purchase as many as your heart desires!
  • Brands will also be able to see how many times their items have been racked and which retailers racked their items!

4. How do I contact retailers who have viewed my profile?

Without a WLAY Premium account, a retailer must be following your brand in order to message them. With a WLAY Premium account, brands will receive 5 FREE messages monthly to start the conversation with retailers who have viewed their profile. Additionally, brands have the option to buy an indefinite amount of messages.

5. Do I have to upgrade to WLAY Premium to buy messages?

Yes, in order to purchase messages to start the conversation with retailers, brands must subscribe to a WLAY Premium account.

6. If I purchase messages, do they roll-over?

Your initial 5 free messages do not roll-over. Any additional messages will roll-over so long as you subscribe to a WLAY Premium account.

7. What does it mean when a retailer “racks” my item?

Retailers essentially favorite your items by adding it to their rack. All retailers have a page that contains their racked items, these are items they have expressed interest in purchasing. Think of it as a favorites page or a wishlist!

8. Will the WLAY Premium subscription effect my membership fee?

Your annual membership fee is separate from the WLAY Premium subscription. You can add the WLAY premium at any point in your membership and it will not effect your annual membership fee.
